Reducing energy bills with uPVC Awning Windows
The Challenge
Our Bayside client was looking to replace their old colour faded aluminium awning windows with larger, more modern and higher-quality uPVC awning windows. They also wanted to reduce their energy bills with better thermal insulation (since Aluminium is not optimal).
The Solution
Winplex replaced the customer’s old existing awning windows and window frames with German-engineered uPVC Aluplast for increased energy efficiency and customised colours. The new awning windows were installed, which features 6mm double glazed glass to add security and increase energy efficiency in their home.
The Outcome
The customer was happy with the new contemporary awning windows, which provide better ventilation compared to their old awning windows, which were hard to open due to rust and damage. The new awning provided versatility that allowed the customers to get airflow even during the rain due to the awning window’s opening design.
The customer said,
“We’re very happy with the results! The awning windows suggested by Winplex look so much better than our old windows.”
