All were helpful and the tradies even cleaned up after each window installation both inside and outside!! The difference new windows make to an existing home is incredible!! 5 windows installed and it was a very pleasant experience. No pressure or sneaky sales pitch! I loved that it's a high quality product made locally. Painting of internal trims not included with my windows so off to bunnings i go.

Recently, I engaged Winplex to provide a quotation to replace my windows and I have to give John a 5 star for his customer service, he provided extremely fast response to any questions I posed to him. He did not put any pressure at all to sell, but I could see he really put great effort to provide the best price he could give. He also provided ideas on how to reduce the overall cost of the project. It was really a peasant experience dealing with John.
